Listed below are the CT Saltwater Fishing Regulations for 2013 as put out by NOAA Fisheries and the Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection. CT DEEP provides a number of resources on its website, including online saltwater license renewal, fishing tournament information, photo galleries and fishing reports in addition to its freshwater and saltwater regulations for 2013.
