  • Manage community engagement at scale, responding to comments and DMs in a way that reflects OTW’s voice and values and escalating to customer service if necessary.
  • Source, secure permissions for, and publish high-quality user-generated content from the fishing community.
  • Ensure all owned and UGC content aligns with OTW’s storytelling, quality standards, and brand identity.
  • Assist the Media Department by adapting photo and video assets for vertical, social-first presentation.

Analytics, Trends & Reporting

  • Produce performance reports highlighting wins, insights, and opportunities.
  • Track KPIs including clicks, reach, impressions, engagement, watch-through rates, follower growth, and saves/shares.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform updates, and trends in outdoor and sport-fishing content.
  • Identify new content pillars, emerging formats, and community-driven ideas that grow reach without sacrificing credibility.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Expert-level knowledge of Meta platforms and tools.
  • Graphic design skills using Canva and/or Photoshop.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experience reporting performance insights and data-driven recommendations.
