2013 New York Fishing Regulations

Listed below are the New York Saltwater Fishing Regulations for 2013 as put out by NOAA Fisheries and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, effective April 29, 2013. New York state does not require a saltwater recreational fishing license, but does require registration in the no-fee Recreational Marine Fishing Registry.

Tautog (Blackfish) 4 Fish 16″ minimum Oct 5 – Dec 14
Weakfish 1 Fish 16″ Minimum
Bluefin Tuna 1 Fish 27″ – 73″ (permit required)
