Listed below are the New Jersey Saltwater Fishing Regulations for 2013 as put out by NOAA Fisheries and the New Jersey Division of Fish & Wildlife. New Jersey doesn’t require a saltwater license, but does require registration in its Saltwater Recreational Registry Program, in order to help NOAA more accurately regulate recreational saltwater fishing and collect more accurate information. This registry can be found here.
