2013 RI Fishing Regulations

Listed below are the RI Saltwater Fishing Regulations for 2013 as put out by NOAA Fisheries and the Rhode Island Division of Fish and Wildlife. Rhode Island requires a saltwater fishing license for 2013, which can be found here, and also lists its commercial saltwater fishing regulations here.
