As a pioneer in the bass boat manufacturing industry, Caymas’ founder, marine industry veteran Earl Bentz had a vision for their Freshwater Division—to build his best-performing bass boat to date. In the Saltwater Division, Earl’s ambition is to design and build an uncompromising fiberglass fishing boat for both inshore and offshore anglers. Earl partnered with Michael Peters Yacht Design in the creation of the new line of Caymas Saltwater Boats. Every Caymas Saltwater hull is designed with Michael Peters’ patented Stepped-Vee Ventilated Tunnel Hull (SVVT). For the Caymas Saltwater Boat owner, this hull technology increases speed and fuel economy by reducing water drag, as well as providing a more luxurious and drier ride.

Built for those who demand more from their offshore vessel, the 44 CT’a semi-asymmetric double-stepped hulls and an impressive 12-foot beam provide stability, efficiency, and superior handling. Add to that the 16.5°/21.8° deadrise, and you have a vessel that can cut through rough seas, and challenging conditions, while keeping you dry and comfortable.
Serious anglers will appreciate the 44 CT’s features, including a staggering amount of storage and livewell capacity, ensuring you’re always ready to fish at your best. The transom livewells hold 60 gallons each, while the rear in-floor livewells/fish boxes provide another 60 gallons each. For longer trips or big hauls, the midship and forward in-floor fishboxes each hold 190 gallons (760 qts), giving you unmatched space for your catch. At the center console, the coffin box offers 210 gallons (840 qts) of insulated storage, and there’s even a 14-gallon cooler/pitch well and a 136-quart mezzanine cooler to keep drinks, bait, or additional fish fresh and ready.
