Death From Above (Video)

I had this happen one time with a hickory shad off a jetty in Ocean City New Jersey. The shad was jumping on the surface when suddenly this brown missile dropped out of space and started playing tug of war with me. I was terrified the bird was going to get a hook into one of its legs and then turn on its tormentor (me) with its razor sharp beak and talons. Fortunately, the osprey let go and left me my mangled hickory shad.
