Offshore Fishing Report Spring 2014

We’re still a few months away from the return of tuna, sharks and other bluewater species, but anglers can fish offshore. Several boats are sailing for tilefish, wreckfish and other deepwater species that live on the bottom near the canyons.

Boats targeting tilefish this spring include:

Voyager out of Point Pleasant

The Viking Fleet out of Montauk

Capt. Lou Fleet out of Freeport
