On Saturday, I fished Ohio Ledge in upper Narragansett Bay in 12 feet of water right after the turn of the high tide. Bite lasted for 1 hour and then they were gone. We chunked pogies on sliding sinker rigs anchored up in the middle of the ledge. We caught 5 fish – 28,29,32,34 and the nice 36 inch 20 pounder shown in the pics caught by my wife Michelle Kelley pictured with her cousin Donny Perry. We lost one heck of a nice fish as well. It was peeling line when a knot, tied by me, came undone. Sour! A great day on the water.
