1. Consistent fishing has been reported from Atlantis to Hydrographer Canyon, with tons of small yellows and bigger ones to 80 pounds mixed in. The area has been very weedy but the fish are there if you are persistent with clearing lines. Mahi in the area have been in the 12 to 20 pound range. Bluefin have been reported south of The Banana towards the canyons as well. An 800-pound blue marlin was also caught at Veatch Canyon this past Sunday morning.

2. East of Chatham, bluefin tuna are starting to show around the BC Buoy according to Dan at The Hook Up in Orleans. Fish up to 70 inches were also taken off the Regal Sword.

3. According to Eric at The Reel Seat in Brielle, trolling Toms to Hudson Canyon has been reported to produce 40 to 60-pound class yellowfin, with some longfin tuna mixed in as well.

4. If you’re looking for bluefin out of Northern Jersey, try Chicken Canyon and the Glory Hole, says Eric at the Reel Seat.

5. The report out of Cape May is that Wilmington Canyon is the spot to go for bigeye tuna.

A number of offshore and shark tournaments start this weekend including the Falmouth Grand Prix, Newport & New Bedford Shark tournaments, so the reports should be rolling in early next week!
