Please review the rules of the road and general boating regulations as they pertain to PWC (personal watercraft/jet skis) owners and operators.
Remember that a Boating Safety Education Certificate is required to operate a PWC, those who operate a PWC without a certificate could be fined, and the owner of the PWC can also be fined for allowing it to be operated by someone without a certificate.
Also, regardless if the manufacturer installs lights on a PWC, it is not legal to operate PWCs after sunset. Please make sure you are following the no wake within 100 ft. rule as well.
