Rich Frollini was recently pre-fishing for a local kayak bass fishing tournament when he reeled in a 40-pound Flathead Catfish! The catfish hit a bladed jig and took nearly 10 minutes to land! Congrats on a great catch!

Pymatuning Reservoir

Chase K., from New Castle, PA, recently caught this nice 18.25” Largemouth Bass out of Pymatuning Reservoir during a kayak bass fishing tournament! Congrats Chase on your catch!

Anglers are catching Walleye throughout the reservoir. Crawler harnesses and stickbaits are working well in 19 to 25 feet of water. Anglers are catching Flathead and Channel Catfish throughout the reservoir. When fishing from the bridge of the causeway, please be courteous and reel your lines in to allow boaters to pass.
