The Northeast tuna bite is starting to take shape as we move deeper into August. This week, we break down the latest bluefin and yellowfin action from New Jersey through Long Island, Southern New England, the Cape, and the Gulf of Maine.

The new moon is here, and reports suggest the backside could bring a major change in the offshore bite, with the canyons potentially firing back up and some of the best bigeye fishing of the season developing.
