Fishing the Storm - Survey

It’s widely believed that fishing during stormy weather leads to better catches. The dropping pressure of an approaching storm is believed to trigger the feeding instinct in predatory fish, leading to better fishing.

Has this been your experience while fishing during approaching weather? Connor Smilon, a junior at Stockton University is working on a project for his stats class to find a relationship between approaching storms and increased feeding in gamefish. He’s surveying fishermen of all experience levels for this project. You can take the 5-minute survey by clicking the link here: Stormy Weather Fishing Survey
