Anglers looking to get into kayak fishing have a unique opportunity for some hands-on instruction at Kayak University on New Hampshire’s Squam Lake from June 3 to 5.
“Students” will get a master’s course in kayak fishing from New England fishing pros including OTW Kayak Corner columnist Eric Harrison, OTW contributing writer Tim Moore, and OTW’s own Ryan Bibeau while targeting smallmouth and largemouth bass, lake trout, and landlocked salmon. In addition to seminars, the class includes two night’s lodging, meals, and fishing giveaways from Sonarphone, Daddy Mac, Bass Pro Shops, Tim Moore Outdoors, Kayak Fish New England, and more.
For more information, and to reserve your spot, visit the Kayak University Website.

I am booked! Looking forward to attending and meeting other like minded kayak fishermen and hopefully learning from some of the best!!! Fishing Squam Lake will be awesome!!
went to one of his ice fishing classes and learned a ton – he is great and gives you exactly what/when you need to know – skilled instructor/teacher – still use one of his phrases all the time when camping/hiking/ice fishing……”cotton kills”.
