Field Test Favorites: Tactical Anglers Sniper Jacket

Last fall, I reluctantly shelved some of my old, trusty (read: tattered, smelly) hooded sweatshirts to do some fishing in style for a change. Since last October, I’ve donned the Tactical Angler’s Sniper Jacket on many of my fishing outings, and for cold, dry weather, this jacket was tough to beat. With proper layering underneath, the jacket was very warm, allowed for a wide range of motion, and most importantly, the fabric dried quickly after it was splashed or submerged.  The jacket also has crossover potential, and my girlfriend promises she wouldn’t mind if I wore it to dinner, provided I washed the fish slime off it first.

The Sniper Jacket is a wonderful garment. Light, but warm. Plenty of pockets, wicks water very well, very stylish, and you’ll want to wear it everywhere…Have mine for more then a year now and it looks like the day I bought it…This jacket is a no brainer…
