Six months after Sandy, there are still a lot of questions regarding access for boaters and fishermen throughout the Garden State. Anglers are wondering:
“Have there been changes to the channels and sandbars?”
“Is there still a lot of underwater debris?”
“Is there access to boat launches throughout the state?”
As the fishing season gets into full swing, Go Boating NJ is helping fishermen and boaters answer these questions by providing daily video and photo reports on the condition of New Jersey’s Waterways. There are also maps with launch sites and reports on which marinas are open and how many available slips they have.
