Congratulations to Wounded Warrior James O’Leary who won the 15th Annual Manhattan Cup last Friday with a 33.2-pound striper. James and Captain Rick Stavola beat out 125 other anglers and 40 other captains to take home the top prize!
The Manhattan Cup is an Inshore Catch and Release tournament in which anglers compete for the largest Striped Bass, Bluefish, Weakfish in bait, fly, and artificial divisions. Captains donate their boats and expertise to raise money for causes and organizations like the Wounded Warrior Project, Autism, Cystic Fibrosis, and Inner City Kids.
