Since August 9th, NOAA’s Okeanos Explorer has been exploring “the diversity and distribution of deep-sea habitats and marine life” in the Canyon’s east of the Northeast US. They’ve attached a live-stream HD camera from the expedition, which can be found here:

The current stream features 3 live cameras and started at 9AM on Wednesday August 14th. Information on today’s dive from the NOAA Okeanos Live Feed page:
“The ROV Deep Discoverer is conducting our second dive in Oceanographer Canyon. Today’s dive will start at 1230 meters and then ascend up the east wall of the Canyon. The ROV is scheduled to be recovered at 1630EDT. The weather is a bit worse than forecasted so we will have to monitor it closely throughout the dive.”

Seria bueno mas, que bueno poder dedicar mas tiempo en buscar y descubrir cosa nuevas. Y recordar 70% mas agua que rodea nuestro planeta y no un espacio donde no todo se ve todos los dias.
