Mike DeSisto of Cotuit Saltwater Fly Tiers responds to the “Last Mass Bass of 2013” with the first Mass Bass of 2014 – caught on Cape Cod at 7:44 a.m. on New Year’s Day. Mike was fishing with his brother Steve and friend Dave Brown, upholding an annual tradition of ringing in the New Year by fishing for holdover stripers.
