The Freeport Hudson Anglers took place this past Saturday at the town of Hempstead Guy Lombardo Marina. Reel Games captained by Glenn Kapoosuzdan won with a 542.6-pound Thresher Shark.
Steven Scatenga was the angler who reeled in the big money fish worth $159,882.
Taking second place was A Fish Scent captained by Joseph Buser with a 501-pound Thresher.
Rounding out the top three was the Far East captained by Alex Shlomm with a 403.6-pound Mako.
The Freeport Hudson Anglers was also pleased to award a tagging prize this year. All prizes totaled over $225,000 in cash and prizes.
