The 2nd Annual fishing derby, Hook for Homes will begin June 1, 2018 and end July 6, 2018 to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod. For five weeks anglers can fish either by boat or shore trying to catch the longest black sea bass, striped bass, and bluefish for not only bragging rights but to place in one of the top categories and win one of our awesome rod and reel combo prizes!
Hook for Homes is an annual fishing derby that was created to help support the work Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod is doing for local families. 100% of entry fees and sponsorships go to support Habitat’s Home Building Program on Cape Cod. Since 1988, Habitat Cape Cod has been building affordable homes allowing local families to stay, work and thrive instead of moving off Cape for other housing opportunities. Habitat Homeowners not only put sweat equity into their home but then purchase their home at an affordable monthly mortgage.
Entry fee is $50 for adults and $25 for junior anglers.
