Striper Cup 2018 Champions Team Rocco won the team competition and drank from the chalice this year at StriperFest. 

Youth participant Riley Kogut
Riley Kogut won the grand prize for the youth division and took home a Shimano rod and reel and a new Hobie Kayak.

Boat division monthly winner Roy Soyka
Monthly winners in the boat division all won Simrad chartplotters, and Ray Soyka of New Jersey drew the grand prize, a YETI Tundra cooler and a Hobie Revolution kayak.

Staff

The On The Water staff is made up of experienced anglers from across the Northeast who fish local waters year-round. The team brings firsthand, on-the-water experience and regional knowledge to coverage of Northeast fisheries, techniques, seasonal patterns, regulations, and conservation.

    It was an awesome time. Great weather, great people and great food!! The sponsors are the best for everything they donated for prizes!!     WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE GUY WHOS NAME WAS PICKED FOR THE BOAT AND WASNT THERE FOR THE DRAWING LAST YEAR ? DID HE EVER GET COMPENSATED ? DID HE GET ANYTHING ?

      Why would he be compensated? It’s clearly stated you must be present to win. He wasn’t present, therefore he gets nothing.

    Won’t join next year because I cannot get away for striper fest being in NJ it’s an overnight trip. I have duties at our church. I thought every member had an entry for the boat.

    This was our 2nd year and it was great like always thank you guys for doing such an awesome job my husband is in love with his rod and reel from winning month of September on shore, he plans on catching and releasing for next season with it lol hopefully can catch another big one

    My name is Dan Lapointe I perform Country, and Contemporary music. I am submitting this to your group to see if I could be a part of your entertainment line up for the Striper fest. I have an extensive list of songs to please any audience.

    I have done several shows for the Pawtucket Red Sox pre game shows have done several fairs in Ct ( Ledyard, Ekonk, Norwichtown, Road Church, ) also Topsfield Fair and Marshfield Fair in Ma. Aug 20&21,2018 Performed at Olde Mystic Village summer music series,East Greenwich Main St Strolls Charlestown Seafood fest 2016/17/18. Putnam Ct Street Fair Sept.1 several market events in Ct.& RI. I also had a few tv performances on local cable channels. I currently have 4 videos on you tube (Unchained Melody & Knockin On Heaven’s Door an original and a Gospel song)
