In this week’s Striper Migration Report, Assistant Editor Matt Haeffner is joined by Capt. Lou Tirado of Diamond Pass Outfitters and OTW’s own Capt. Robbie Tartaglia, to discuss the migration in Maine and on Cape Cod.
