As restaurants and stores temporarily close or restrict hours, it’s important to remember that fishing remains open for business. As we all work together (by staying apart) to help slow the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we can still find solace and escape by finding time to make a few casts.
Like many businesses big and small, On The Water is implementing measures to minimize the health risks to our employees. Our headquarters is closed to the public, however we will continue to make Striper Cup, magazine subscriptions, and OTW gear available online, and we’ll continue to produce Northeast fishing content. Please bear with us, as there may be some delays in customer service.
Stay safe.

I suggest some kind of temptation to sign up for the Striper Cup since the shows have been cancelled. Fisherman Magazine is offering $3 off and free shipping, thats a good idea for you guys.
Hay guys thanks for the update as we all move along with this sickness we are or should think about everyone around us .We are All in this together and a special shout out to all our health care workers Be Safe Andre’
I resubscribed to on the water magazine at the NY boat show in the Javits Center. I am now getting 2 of the same NY editions please correct and extend my subscription and just send me one only . Thanks Michael Perlstein
Chris, great perspective and nice heartfelt message – thanks!
Chris and all the staff a OTW thanks for closing and being safe. We will get thru this in time for the spring migration. We will all look back at this and realize it was/is the right thing to do.
See ya soon OTW
Great message Chris! I have fished the Cape for 6 decades and love your work. The TV episodes and how-to videos get me through the winter. As a retired pediatrician I really appreciate your efforts to support social distancing and see this as a great example of On The Water’s commitment to the community of fisherman. Thanks for all you do!
With the extra time at home folks have, you might consider publishing a series of articles on making jigs, rubber swimbaits, or some other tackle craft. It could certainly help keep couples sane if one person was in the shop 🙂
Well done on the video Chris. Thanks for connecting with us and for doing the right thing for all involved. Tight lines! Rick
