Who is the numbskull who thought it would be good to repeatedly cut away from the closeup? We can’t see shit when you leave the closeup!

I use it all the time. It is actually an easy knot to tie once it is learned.

It certainly takes a little more time than others, but the profile, or lack of it, makes it worthwhile.

You do it at home the night before.

Good looking knot. Thanks OTW for putting this video together!!!

Total overkill. The original FG has 100 breaking strength. Why would you add 26 steps to it? Id like to see you do all of that including melting the fluoro in 4ft. seas with a 20mph blow.

Thanks for the info, I have always put a few more half hitches after cutting the tag end as the mono end can catch on the guides at different angles. I had been going to try hot melt glue on the cut end but will try this instead.
